For the last 7 years he''s been part of the National Minimum Wage team, supporting employers to meet their obligations in paying workers correctly. He used to lead NMW compliance checks into Large Businesses and built up a portfolio of NMW knowledge, he now uses this knowledge to help educate companies to avoid common pitfalls before any formal action is taken.
